Supply Chain Transparency: Ensuring Compliance with Ethical and Legal Standards in our Supply Chain

vineyard vines, LLC ("vineyard vines") is committed to increasing transparency within our supply chain and actively working to prevent human trafficking and forced labor. To mitigate these risks, we implement the following measures:

Verification: - We verify our supply chain is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which assists in identifying potential risks of human trafficking and forced labor at the supplier and factory levels. This verification is performed internally.

Auditing: We regularly audit factories manufacturing our products for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits human trafficking and forced labor. We conduct a mix of both semi-announced and announced audits, which are performed by an independent third-party organization.

Certification: We require all suppliers to certify, on at least an annual basis, that they comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits human trafficking and forced labor.

Internal Accountability: We maintain internal accountability standards and enforcement procedures for employees and contractors who fail to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibit the use of forced labor, including forced labor and human trafficking.

Training: We provide training on human trafficking and forced labor for our supply chain executives and employees who have direct responsibility for supply chain management.
